These terms cover the MOVE website and development services supplied by the independent MOVE team. Contact movevrgame@gmail.com with questions. Additional store and platform terms may apply to a future game release.

Using MOVE

Use the website and services lawfully. Do not interfere with services, bypass security, upload harmful content, impersonate others or misuse another player’s information. Only use a headset or account where you meet its platform’s age and eligibility requirements.

Play safely

Follow your headset manufacturer’s safety and boundary instructions. Clear enough space, take breaks and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. MOVE is an entertainment and fitness activity, not medical advice or treatment.

Development and availability

MOVE is in development. Features, supported devices and release plans may change. Online services may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. This website does not currently sell the game or take payments; any future purchase will be governed by the applicable store’s purchase and refund terms.

Content and shared replays

MOVE branding, artwork and software are owned by their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer ownership. Do not redistribute music or other third-party assets without permission. Enabling movement sharing allows MOVE to store and deliver your recorded replay to matching players to provide the ghost feature. You retain any rights in your contributions; the permission is limited to operating that feature and ends for deleted recordings. See the Privacy Policy for sharing and deletion controls.

External services

Links to Meta, X, TikTok and other third parties lead to independently operated services. Their terms and privacy policies apply. A link does not imply endorsement or a partnership.

Responsibility and your rights

We take reasonable care in operating MOVE, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as MOVE develops and will publish the revised date here. Material changes to active services will be communicated where appropriate. Contact us first to help resolve a concern; these terms do not prevent you from using any legal remedy available to you.
